Why Rent With Ahearn?
Do I need insurance?
An insurance binder is required for all equipment rentals, excluding certain attachments.
Which forms of ID do I need?
A valid driver’s license and credit card required to rent.
Is there a contract?
Yes. All contracts or rental agreements signed prior to rental start date.
How are your rates calculated?
Rental rates based on 24 hour day with 8 hour run time limitation, 7 day week with 40 hour limitation and 4 week period with 160 hour limitation. Over usage fees – ¼ of day rate per hour. Running over 4 hours = an additional day of rent.
Does my rental include delivery to my jobsite?
Delivery and pick up are NOT included with rental. Transportation can be provided at availability of 3rd party carries. Transportation is an additional fee.
What do I need to do before I bring the machine back?
Refueling and topping of DEF required prior to rental return.
